This Policy applies to the Website and any Milleniance-hosted portal, demo, application, API, sandbox or digital service where expressly incorporated. A signed customer agreement or product-specific policy may impose stricter terms.

1. User duties

• Malware, phishing, spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance or harmful content.
• Unauthorised security testing, exploitation, reverse engineering or service disruption.
• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality rights.
• Use of a service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful purposes.

3. Data responsibility and enforcement

Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded data and content are lawful and provided with necessary rights and permissions. Do not upload personal, confidential or regulated data beyond the authorised service scope and safeguards. We may investigate credible reports and restrict access where reasonably necessary.
