We are known for one product. We want to be the brand people think of for every part of the kitchen, starting with where they now search and buy.- Our reading of the brief handed to Milleniance at the start of the engagement
The client invented the modern kitchen chimney in India and is the brand people associate with that product. The commercial ambition, however, was wider: cooktops, water purifiers, geysers, sinks and more, categories where it was a newer name competing with long-established players.
On a marketplace, a brand's standing in one category does not transfer to the next. Each category had to be won on its own listings, its own content and its own advertising.
We built SEO-friendly A+ content shaped around how the marketplace's A9 search algorithm ranks and surfaces products, so every category earned its visibility rather than buying all of it.
That organic foundation was then amplified with the right mix of Amazon Marketing Services and display advertising. Alongside it, we rebuilt the brand's website and e-commerce store on current technology.
"If one hero product carries your whole brand, the next category is won with content before it is won with ads."
