Transforming Indian Air Force Schools with IT Enabled School Management System

Brief:

The Indian Air Force manages three primary schools, from pre-nursery to class V. Previously, these schools operated in a very basic manner, with the regular timetable, holidays, and fee management handled manually on paper. Additionally, there was a need to manage teacher and student performance effectively.

Idea:

To digitize school management, enabling parents to monitor their children's activities and school-related matters efficiently.

Execution:

The front end of the application was developed and delivered using WordPress, while the backend was created in custom PHP. To ensure smooth adoption, we conducted a two-day training session for parents and school administration.

Outcome:

The developed application successfully digitized data management for the schools, allowing the organization to maintain records more efficiently and enabling parents to easily track their children's progress and fees.
