Brief

DRDO required a centralized platform to streamline audit management, reduce manual errors, and improve accountability across multiple establishments and departments.

Idea

To develop a web-based Audit Management System that allows administrators to schedule audits, assign multiple auditors, track audit progress, and generate real-time reports. The solution needed to be secure, scalable, and user-friendly for both administrators and auditors.

Execution

Designed and developed a responsive web application using CodeIgniter 4 (PHP) and MySQL. Built modules for Audit Scheduling, Auditor Database Management, Incident Tracking, and Graphical Representations. Implemented multi-auditor assignment, allowing up to 6 auditors per audit. Developed a role-based login system for secure access. Integrated dashboard with graphical insights for audit performance tracking. Ensured centralized data storage for organizations, establishments, and incident records.

Outcome

Reduced audit management time by digitizing manual processes. Improved transparency and accountability through detailed records. Enabled real-time monitoring of audits across multiple establishments. Provided DRDO with a scalable, secure, and efficient platform for audit planning and execution. Enhanced decision-making with graphical insights and performance metrics.
