Brief:

The Delhi Police Housing Society requires an ERP system with features including execution updates, accurate estimations, enhanced and timely management directives, real-time analytical data, contract management, material management, MIS, and dashboard management. The system will serve approximately 85,000 police personnel and must be developed using .NET. Additionally, the system should send reminders to users for timely payments and include a user dashboard for tracking payments and due dates.

Idea:

The entire system aims to replace the existing paper-based system, enhancing accountability and efficiency. Addressing reminders and late payments is a significant concern, and automation will effectively resolve these issues.

Execution:

Wedeveloped the application using .NET and MSSQL, and deployed it on an AWS Elastic server to ensure it can handle up to 100,000 simultaneous logins without crashing. The system was designed to accommodate up to 1,000,000 user logins. Remarkably, the entire application was created and deployed from scratch within a span of less than six months.

Outcome:

The application significantly reduced manual work, allowing the management team of the housing society to be streamlined from 20 to just 5 people. Additionally, it eliminated the need for approximately 500,000 sheets of paper on a monthly basis.
